Product Introduction
The LZA vertical slurry pump is a vertical, single-stage, single suction, cantilever structure, with a semi open impeller and mixing blades at the extension of the impeller inlet. Its unique design effectively improves the service life of the pump. The pump is connected to the flow components of the pump through bearing bodies, support plates, brackets, etc. The liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe. The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient stiffness, and there are no bearings or shaft seals between the impeller and pump casing, which are free from maintenance. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800 and 2500, and it can also be equipped with an extension pipe if needed. The transmission is connected to the pump by a vertical motor using a coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the direction of the motor. It can transport media with high concentration and solid particles, and is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, electricity, chemical industry, smelting, coal mining, printing and dyeing, cement, printing and dyeing.
